Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join their client's dynamic manufacturing organization in Fairfield County Connecticut. The recruiter will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to meet the company's growing needs.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms to source potential candidates.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborating with HR and management to forecast future hiring needs and develop talent pipelines.
• Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to management.
• Maintaining an organized database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and compliance requirements.

Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
